Alex James – Executive Coach Sydney

I'm a professional coach with over 15 years of experience developing high-performance teams and leaders globally.

Since stepping into my first leadership role at 21, I've been fascinated by what drives us, what leads to success, and the remarkable potential of the human mind.

This curiosity led me to become a Master Practitioner of Transformational Coaching, complemented by research into performance science, humanistic psychology and ethical leadership.

I'm particularly drawn to the interplay between personal fulfilment and peak performance, exploring:
